| Ken began his professional career with Price Waterhouse & Co., spending years developing and honing his accounting skills. In 1989 he began in private practice in St. Augustine, Florida. He has spent the intervening years building solid client relationships and working to assemble an unparalleled team of professionals to service the tax, accounting, investment and financial needs of those customers. Currently, the firm Ken founded, Kresge, Platt & Abare, is focused on providing professional services to a wide range of customers ranging from those involved in medical and legal professions, manufacturing, restaurants, international businesses, hospitality services and not-for-profits. The degree of his commitment to quality service and enduring client relationships has remained constant, and continues to set the tone for today’s partners and their practice. |

| Ben graduated from Flagler College and joined Ken’s practice in 1995. He was awarded an MBA by the University of Florida, was certified as a CPA, and has become a vital part of the firm’s efforts to become a leading accounting practice in St. Augustine. Ben continues to exceed continuing education requirements on an annual basis, believing that increasing his professional knowledge and insight allow him to continue to offer first-rate service to the firm’s customers. He uses his extensive background in finance and insurance in conjunction with his continual education process to provide valued consultation to customers. |

| Bill is a longtime St. Augustine resident and graduate of Flagler College and the University of North Florida, where he holds a Masters in Accountancy. Before joining the firm, Bill spent several years as a member of the Tax Department at CSX Corporation in Jacksonville, where he expanded his knowledge base in the areas of corporate taxation, IRS audits, and related fields. He joined Kresge, Platt & Abare as a partner in December 2000, and has been instrumental in the continued growth strategy of the firm, complementing the organization with valued skills in auditing, corporate and individual taxation, and mergers and acquisitions. |
